Meet Our Chef Instructor
Vanessa Viscardi is a professional chef at Cavoli A Merenda, cookbook author, and passionate mom of three. As the Founder of Cavoli a Merenda Kids (Instagram: @cavoliamerendakids) and author of Cavoli che Sorrisi, a cookbook teaching healthy Italian recipes for kids, Vanessa combines her culinary expertise with her love for family and healthy eating. Vanessa and her kids lead fun, hands-on cooking lessons inspired by the Mediterranean diet, encouraging parents and kids to cook together using fresh, wholesome ingredients. Join Vanessa and her little “cabbages” (as she affectionately calls her kids) to discover the joys of healthy cooking and create lasting memories in the kitchen!
